On December 4, perhaps the most anticipated opening of 2021 took place in Moscow - a new public space, the House of Culture "GES-2", opened its doors for visitors, events of this magnitude have not been in the Russian capital for a long time!

House of Culture "GES-2" is located in the building of the former city power plant, opened in 1907 on Bolotnaya embankment in the center of Moscow. The V-A-C Foundation acquired it in 2015. The historic building of the former power plant was restored according to the project of the architectural bureau Renzo Piano.

GES-2 has a meeting and communication space, a cinema and a concert hall, a library, shops, a restaurant and cafe, a playground, workshops, artists' studios and residences, exhibition halls, auditoriums for public events and a two-level parking lot with charging stations for electric vehicles. The total area of ​​the entire space is two hectares.

DT Termo Group was the official partner for the integrated supply of HVAC and VK equipment and materials to the facility, such as: chillers, ventilation units and fan coil units Carrier, AL-KO exhaust units, Kampmann convectors, Alfa Laval heat exchangers, Systemair fans and sound attenuators, disc diffusers TROX, Wilo pumps, Uponor pipes, Armacell insulation, Rockwool, etc.
